Request Reporting Exemption

For a reporting exemption to be approved you must print out and complete the linked form. The form must then be notarized and sent to the Commission. If approved, you will not be required to file scheduled campaign finance reports. County candidates may be granted a reporting exemption for the whole election cycle. Legislative candidates may request an exemption through the Primary election only; please contact the Commission for details.
